Why is it so hard to keep our exercise motivation?
You probably already know how to lose weight. You’ve done it many times. The pounds always come back, and they bring friends, but you always try again.
Why is it so hard to keep going? Why do the incentives we have at the beginning always seem to lose their power eventually? And why do we begin sabotaging ourselves?
Wish I knew. Of course, there are dozens of possible explanations. Maybe our goals aren’t realistic. Maybe we allow the distractions in life to sidetrack us. Maybe we are just going through the motions rather than changing our life-style for the long term. And so on.
